The Florida Association of Community Health Centers, Inc. (FACHC) is a private, not-for-profit membership association committed to building the capacity of Floridas Community Health Centers in leading the primary care safety net, ensuring equitable access to quality care for all Floridians.

Established in 1981, FACHC is the federally designated primary care association (PCA) for Florida authorized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Located in Tallahassee, Florida, FACHC assists Community Health Centers in their provision of high-quality, comprehensive primary care and addressing the full spectrum of patient needs by providing training and technical assistance so health centers can focus on patient care.

In addition, FACHC collaborates with strategic partners to assist Community Health Centers and is a bridge for health centers across all policy and advocacy activities, giving a voice to health centers and primary care at the local, state, and federal levels.

FACHC represents 54 health centers providing services to residents in all 67 counties in Florida at more than 750 locations, delivering care to more than 1.8 million patients during 7 million patient visits.
